OBAR is offering FREE CE to members again in 2024. September 26th is reserved for a ZOOM ELECTIVE class with esteemed educator Stephanie Walker. This course meets the NCREC 4-hour elective requirement AND NAR's Code of Ethics training requirement.

Who uses computers? Who uses email? Who advertises online? Who posts on social media? Instagram? Facebook? Who tweets? With all the communication channels we use, how do we “do it right”? 

Nationally renowned educator Stephanie Walker provides students with information and tools to keep brokers and clients safe in this engaging and interactive course. Students will learn how to avoid the pitfalls and ever-increasing hazards present in a world of everchanging technological advances and new threats. While this course is not intended to make you an expert on any of these topics, it will make you more aware of potential threats you face in the course of doing business.
