Join us at OBAR's Kilgore Center for 2 FREE virtual seminars held by The National Commercial Real Estate Association (NCREA) on Friday, February 10th, 2023. The first seminar, "Speaking the Language of Investors" is from 11:00A-1:00P.  You will learn what to say to CRE Brokers in order to obtain the information you are requesting about their listings. You will also learn the difference between Cap Rate and GRM, ROI and ROE, and how to use them in an analysis of a commercial property.  The second seminar, "Wealth Building" is from 1:30-3:30P.  You will learn the elements of wealth building, investing and HOW including reviewing calculations, identify opportunities and factors you will use as an investor to identify a good deal, the four ways to determine value, real world and hands-on deal analysis, analyzing deals for personal investment and SO MUCH MORE! Lunch will be provided from 1:00-1:30P.  If you are unable to join us in person, follow the zoom instructions on your confirmation email from TheNCREA.  Space is limited and registration is REQUIRED, so register TODAY!
