Tammy Aycock started in construction in 1991 working for a premier builder/developer in Corolla, where she became a partner in the firm. As she pursued her career, she was a fully licensed Broker by 1998 and continued to be one of the top producing listing and sales brokers on the Outer Banks.  

A job interview landed Tammy at the door of SAGA Realty & Construction in 2012. During the first meeting, her interest was reinvigorated by their contemporary business model and their vision and excitement about innovative construction designs and building trends for the area.

Tammy is a trained opera singer and an avid angler, who enjoys spending hours on our beaches surf fishing. She also enjoys time spent with her son.

Hold many designations as I feel education is very important and to continue to educate myself on an every changing industry is important and helps us serve our Buyers and Sellers in a professional manner. My passion is helping people become successful. It's the reason I entered the Financial Services business 28 years ago. I help my clients by providing them with financial advice and sound wealth management plans. In addition to providing holistic planning and investment advice, I focus on two key areas that I've found to be the most important and the most daunting for my clients. First, having enough income in retirement to live with security and dignity. Second, making certain that their legacy is transferred thoughtfully and efficiently to the people they love and care about the most.

I follow a process that typically includes three essential engagements where I can focus on you, your specific circumstances, and goals. We design and help you execute a plan to get you there.

Financial planning and investments aren't my only passions. Away from business I love to write and play music. If I had to pick a second career it would be saltwater fishing. Time on the water is always time well spent. I have an exceptional interest in aviation, punctuated by the fact that I live a few miles from the place of the first flight. Home is in Southern Shores, North Carolina, with my wife of 29 years, Denise, and our two Labs, "Booker" and "Boone". Having grown up and lived in western PA for 50 years, I have many clients, and an office in Pittsburgh and one also in the Outer Banks.

Jean-Paul relocated to the Outer Banks from Newark, DE in 2008, and currently lives in Carova Beach.   He enjoys the relaxing atmosphere and friendly people of the northern Outer Banks. J-P has been a REALTOR since 2004 and specializes in Corolla & the 4-Wheel Drive Beaches (A.K.A. Carova). When he is not working, J-P enjoys spending time with his wife Lori and volunteering for the Corolla Wild Horse Fund, and the Carova Beach Volunteer Fire Dept.
