At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) is an NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. The At Home With Diversity® course addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development. After successfully completing the course, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification, which conveys to clients they’re working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers.

This course is being presented virtually by NC REALTORS® on September 21^st from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Registration fees are $30 (class alone) or $45 (class + elective CE credit).  However, if you are a primary member of OBAR, as a member benefit, your registration fees are $0 (class alone) or $15 (class + elective CE credit).  Please select this option at checkout.
