OBAR is joining forces with Dare County to present a 'Community Conversation on Property Insurance'. The event is Thursday, November 2nd at 6:00P. It will take place at the County Commissioners Room located at 954 Marshall Collins Drive, Manteo, NC. Please make plans to attend. It is important that we have good participation to express our concerns about the rising cost and access to property insurance.
