DEI Task Force

Description

The DEI Task Force continues efforts to develop an OBAR DEI actionable roadmap. The Task Force will be working to have an OBAR presence at community events focused on Diversity; promoting April as Fair Housing Month and asking local governments to proclaim April as Fair Housing Month; finding a speaker to facilitate a community/REALTOR(R) conversation on DEI and implicit bias; and research further the possibility of an OBAR DEI Standing Committee.
