Learn how to help your first-time homebuyers realize their dreams. The “Financing Dreams” course provides in depth coverage of NCHFA’s programs, including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process and how NCHFA can help YOU help YOUR customers buy their first home.

Late Arrivals will not be given CE Credit!! Plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to start time.

Completion of this class will give each Realtor® 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits toward the renewal of their NC Real Estate Licenses. Additionally, you will be listed on the NCHFA website as a Preferred Real Estate Professional.

Cost for training class is $85 

Be prepared to show your Real Estate License at time of check in.
