Learn how to help your first-time homebuyers realize their dreams. The “Financing Dreams” course provides in depth coverage of NCHFA’s programs, including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process and how NCHFA can help YOU help YOUR customers buy their first home.

Registrations must be received no later than December 3, 2025. Maximum class size is 40. Late Arrivals will not be given CE Credit!! Plan to log in no later than 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Be prepared to show your current Real Estate license at time of check-in. 

Completion of this class will give each Realtor® 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits toward the renewal of their NC Real Estate Licenses. 

Additionally, you will be listed on the NCHFA website as a Preferred Real Estate Professional.
