NC REALTORS Vision Quest. If you are required to attend Vision Quest as a new Board member or as an NCR committee member, Willo Kelly will handle your event registration and hotel reservation. All others must register directly with NCR. This comprehensive, leadership program is targeted toward some of the brightest, energetic minds in NC’s real estate industry. REALTORS® take part in the Vision Quest/Winter Leadership Meetings because they are getting ready to take on future leadership roles on a local association’s board or committee.
