*2.2 Orientation Course Applicants for REALTOR® membership in the Association are required to attend and successfully complete a course of instruction otherwise known as Orientation. Attendance at an Orientation Course is mandatory. Failure to satisfy this requirement within seventy-five (75) days of the date of application will result in denial of the membership application. New members will be provided with two opportunities to attend an orientation class. If the second given opportunity to attend an orientation class is outside of this 75-day window, it will still be considered as meeting this requirement. Reapplication to the Association will require payment of a new application fee.
