College of The Albemarle is giving aspiring agents a head start with its NC Real Estate Pre-License Course, running February 24 – April 30 at the COA – Dare campus. Meeting Monday through Wednesday from 6–9 PM, the course covers everything from property law and contracts to real estate finance and ethics, with hands-on learning and real-world case studies.
