Office Exclusives - Disclosure Form

This form is used to submit an Office Exclusive listing to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in accordance with MLS rules. By submitting this form, the listing broker certifies that the seller has provided written authorization for the listing to be filed with the MLS as an Office Exclusive and understands that the listing will not be shared or publicly marketed through the MLS while it remains in Office Exclusive status.
