Career Achievement Award - Nomination Form

The OBAR Career Achievement Award recognizes REALTORS® who have served their community and profession with distinction throughout their careers. This prestigious award celebrates a distinguished individual whose dedication, leadership, and contributions have made a significant impact. 

Nominees must meet Life Member status, which is reserved for REALTOR® members who have maintained OBAR membership for 25 years or more.

Please provide all required information in the form. After completing the required sections, additional questions are optional. These optional sections are designed to help us better understand and evaluate the nominee’s achievements and community involvement. 

We encourage you to include as much information as possible, but please don’t feel obligated to fill out every section. Simply share what you know about the nominee’s accomplishments, involvement, and contributions. Your input is greatly appreciated and helps us recognize the best of our REALTOR® community.

Focus on activities that demonstrate the nominee’s contributions to their profession and community. If possible, specify the years of involvement and any notable achievements.

Additionally, include any other recognized achievements such as degrees earned, professional designations held, or notable business accomplishments.   • Board officer or Director roles.
  • Committee chair or member positions.

Offices Held Committee Service Participation in Local Board/Association Sponsored Activities
