Deferred Public Marketing Form

This form is used to document a Deferred Public Marketing listing in accordance with MLS rules. While submission of this form is not required, it is strongly encouraged to help protect agents and brokerages from potential claims of Clear Cooperation violations. By submitting this form, the listing broker certifies that the seller has provided written authorization for delayed marketing and understands the requirements associated with this status.

Listings must be entered into the MLS within 24 hours of the end of the delayed marketing period or any instance of public marketing, whichever occurs first.
