OBAR MLS – Member Feedback on “Coming Soon” Status

A “Coming Soon” status is often used by agents as a marketing strategy to promote a property before it becomes available on the market. 

As a local MLS, OBAR can choose whether to adopt "Coming Soon" as a status, define how it is used, and set any restrictions. This survey is intended to help the MLS Committee evaluate whether to implement a “Coming Soon” status in the OBAR MLS. Your feedback will guide the committee’s recommendation.
