Kathleen relocated from the Philadelphia and Stone Harbor NJ area to the Outer Banks of North Carolina with her husband and three children. One of her greatest pleasures is introducing people to the Outer Banks (OBX) and the uniqueness of the wonderful Towns and Communities it has to offer.
She started her career in 2006 with Century 21 and her love of real estate quickly earned her the honor of "C21 Agent of the Year" every year. She became part of “The Argiroff Group” at Keller Williams Outer Banks in 2019 and has not missed a beat. Her specialty is to provide her clients with the "Total Real Estate Package and Beyond". She works with a top team of lenders, attorney's, insurance agents, inspectors and more and stays with you every step of the way throughout the buying/selling process.
