During OBAR’s recent General Membership Meeting, Lori Brooks of Howard Hanna OBX was awarded the 2024 Chair of the Year Award. Immediate Past President Richard Tolson presented the award in recognition of Brooks’s dedicated service as Chair of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). Her tireless advocacy and leadership have been instrumental in advancing OBAR’s government affairs efforts and ensuring the voices of local REALTORS® are heard at every level of government.
