🎉For the first time ever, the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® has been awarded a grant from the National Association of REALTORS®—and not just one, but two! 🎊

 OBAR received the maximum Level 1 Fair Housing Grant of $3,000 to underwrite a Bias Override course in April for Fair Housing Month, helping OBAR promote equitable and ethical practices as outlined in the Association's strategic plan. Members will address their implicit biases and have a chance to complete their Cycle 8 Fair Housing requirement early. Additionally, OBAR secured a maximum Level 1 Housing Opportunity Grant of $3,000 to support the Dare County Housing Task Force in advancing their plans toward securing housing solutions for the Outer Banks.
