OBAR is excited to welcome accomplished real estate instructor Katherine Kirchner, who will be offering Continuing Education opportunities to OBAR members for the first time. Katherine began instructing in 2017 and has worked with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to develop course content, including the redesign and delivery of BIC update courses.

In addition to teaching GENUP and BICUP this February, Katherine will present her personally designed elective, Pricing to Appraise. If you're missing the mark with your pricing strategies or feel overwhelmed by appraisal reports, this is the course for you! You'll learn key skills to improve your approach, including:

• How to trust and work with appraisers
• Aligning pricing with market value
• Effectively and ethically influencing appraisals
