The DEI Task Force continues efforts to develop a DEI actionable roadmap for OBAR. The Task Force will be working on having an OBAR presence at community events focused on Diversity; promoting April as Fair Housing Month and asking local governments to proclaim April as Fair Housing Month; finding a speaker to facilitate a community/REALTOR(R) conversation on DEI and implicit bias; and research further the possibility of an OBAR DEI Standing Committee.
