Award winning instructor Stephanie Walker, of Walker & Associates, brings in-person Professional Standards Training to the Outer Banks! Attaining the REEA Gold Standard Instructor designation, Stephanie has been the recipient of the Educator of the Year Award by both the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association (NCREEA) and the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). With over thirty-six years in real estate, she has served as President of the Outer Banks Association and the NC Association of REALTORS®, and through service on numerous state and national committees, she also served on the expanded National Association of REALTORS leadership team in 2015 and 2019. She currently sits on the NAR Executive Committee. In 2023, the Larry A. Outlaw Excellence in Education Award was bestowed upon Stephanie by the NC Real Estate Commission. The award recognizes an instructor who has exhibited excellence in, and has made outstanding contributions to, real estate education in North Carolina.
